You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Acadel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email [insert email address] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. You will receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions
3. Pack the items securely and ship to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address] with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
